common questions

Answers, up front

How do you price a project?

Every project is assessed individually. After a site visit, we prepare a detailed quotation based on the scope we've agreed with you. No guesswork and no surprises.

How will you keep me updated during the build?

You'll get regular updates, site meetings and direct access to the project team. You'll always know where your project stands.

What happens if there are delays or unforeseen issues?

We set realistic programmes from the start and communicate openly and early if anything changes. You'll never hear about a problem after the fact.

Am I covered after the work is finished?

Yes. You get a 10-year structural and roofing warranty and a 1-year workmanship warranty. We also return at around 11 months to inspect the work and address any settlement-related issues.

Are you accredited and insured?

We're members of the FMB and TrustMark, and we hold £2m Public Liability and £5m Employers Liability insurance.

Do you only work with homeowners?

Most of our work is for homeowners, but we also work with landlords, property investors and residential developers.

How do you handle health and safety on site?

Every site is managed in accordance with HSE guidance and industry best practice, so the work is carried out safely and your home is looked after throughout.
